Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Project Planning and Coordination:



Assist the project manager in creating and maintaining project schedules.

Coordinate with design teams to ensure deliverables align with client requirements.

Manage the flow of project documentation and ensure all stakeholders are updated.

Client and Stakeholder Communication:



Serve as the point of contact for clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Facilitate clear communication between all project stakeholders.

Provide regular updates on project progress to clients and management.

On-Site Coordination:



Monitor site progress and provide reports to the project manager.

Ensure site activities are aligned with schedules and quality standards.

Address on-site issues in collaboration with the project manager and site supervisor.
(Hospitality projects like hotels, restaurants, bars etc.)

Procurement and Vendor Management:



Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Track inventory and manage procurement processes.

Administrative Support:



Maintain project records, including budgets, schedules, and meeting notes.

Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.

Assist in generating BOQs and verifying them with the project team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
