Key Responsibilities:

Be the Voice of the Client: Act as the main point of contact, ensuring communication is smooth, strategic, and impactful. Lead and Manage Accounts: Take charge of client accounts, overseeing campaigns from start to finish and making sure everything is delivered on time and on point. Build Lasting Relationships: Become a trusted advisor to your clients, understanding their goals and helping them achieve success through innovative advertising strategies. Collaborate & Create: Work closely with creative, media, and strategy teams to bring bold ideas to life. Problem-Solving Pro: Tackle any client challenges head-on, always ensuring a top-tier experience. Think Big: Provide clients with valuable insights, strategic advice, and ideas that push the boundaries of what's possible.
What We're Looking For:

Agency Experience is a Must! You should have 3+ years of client servicing experience in an advertising agency environment. A Postgraduate degree or MBA. Amazing communication skills both written and verbal that keep clients excited and informed. A natural problem solver who can manage multiple accounts and juggle priorities without breaking a sweat. A proactive mindset that seeks out new opportunities to improve client relationships and elevate their advertising campaigns.
