Job Description

We are looking for a

Project Coordinator

with strong communication and time management skills to assist our Project Manager in day-to-day project activities. The ideal candidate should have a good command of English, a positive attitude, and a basic understanding of how projects are planned and executed.

This role is perfect for a fresher who is eager to learn, organized, and ready to take responsibility in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist the Project Manager in coordinating project activities, resources, and schedules. Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders. Prepare and maintain project-related documentation and reports. Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and project updates. Ensure smooth communication flow between departments. Support in monitoring project progress and flagging potential issues early.

Required Skills:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Basic understanding of project flow and coordination. Good interpersonal and teamwork skills. Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Management, IT, or related preferred). Eagerness to learn and grow in a project management environment.
