Job Title: Project Coordinator About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our ongoing and upcoming activities for YKIPP, a venture from Talrop. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of projects by coordinating tasks, managing communication with stakeholders, and maintaining proper documentation. Key Responsibilities Assist in project planning, scheduling, and task management to ensure timely execution. Act as a point of contact for communication and stakeholder management, ensuring clarity and alignment. Support in resource allocation and budget tracking, ensuring efficient use of resources. Maintain documentation, reports, and records, ensuring compliance with project standards. Identify, monitor, and help mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and successful project delivery. Essential Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and documentation practices. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field; prior experience in project coordination or management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,071.11 per month
