Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution. Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and manage project changes effectively. Conduct regular progress reviews and report project status to senior management. Maintain strict compliance with

building codes

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree

in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.

Minimum 2 years of experience

in project management, preferably in

high-rise residential construction

. Proven experience managing

large-scale construction projects

from planning to completion. Proficiency in

MS Project

,

Primavera

, or other project management tools. Strong knowledge of

local building regulations

and

statutory compliance

. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
