Position Overview:



We are seeking a highly organized and proactive

Project Coordinator

to manage and oversee ongoing digital projects in close coordination with the

Sales and Operations teams

. The role serves as the

first point of contact for clients

and internal teams, ensuring all projects (including

SEO, SMM, Paid Ads, and Web Development

) are executed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate and manage all assigned digital projects, ensuring alignment with the Dubai sales and operations teams. Act as the

primary client contact

for all project-related communications, ensuring clarity, transparency, and timely updates. Assign tasks effectively within the team to ensure

optimum utilization of resources

and maintain high productivity levels. Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and team performance to ensure all milestones are achieved as planned. Identify potential project risks, issues, or delays, and proactively resolve or escalate them as required. Monitor and report on team performance, workload, and expansion requirements to management. Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and professional client communications. Draft and manage professional emails, proposals, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization within the project management function.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

2+ years of experience

in project coordination or client servicing within a digital marketing or IT services company. Strong understanding of

digital marketing and web development processes

(SEO, SMM, Paid Ads, Web/Software Projects). Excellent

communication, multitasking, and people management skills

. Proficiency in project tracking and documentation tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Asana, Trello, or similar). Ability to handle critical situations, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver under pressure. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain professionalism in all client communications.
