Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage end-to-end digital marketing projects including campaign planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
Serve as the central point of contact between internal teams (design, content, marketing, development) and external vendors or partners.
Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, schedules, and documentation.
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and brand guidelines before deployment.
Track campaign KPIs and performance metrics using tools like
Google Analytics

Organize and lead regular status meetings, report on progress, and identify potential risks or roadblocks.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to support SEO, email marketing, paid media, content, and website projects.
Manage project budgets, approvals, and invoices when needed.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience
in a digital marketing or project coordination role (agency or in-house).
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid media).
Experience using
project management tools
like Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similar.
Familiarity with
Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager
, and other marketing tools.
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Agile) is a plus.
