Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Project Coordinator

to support our construction management team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of building projects by managing documentation, scheduling, communication, and resource tracking. The Project Coordinator acts as the central hub for project information, ensuring all stakeholders--from the office team to site personnel and subcontractors--have the necessary information to keep the project on time and budget.

Key Responsibilities

Project Administration & Documentation

Manage Project Files:

Organize and maintain all project-related documentation, including contracts, blueprints, technical drawings, specifications, permits, submittals, and change orders.

Request for Information (RFI) & Submittal Processing:

Manage the flow of RFIs and submittals between the site, design team (architects/engineers), and subcontractors. Track and expedite their timely review and return.

Change Order Management:

Assist the Project Manager in documenting, tracking, and processing all project change orders and variations.

Meeting Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate project meetings (e.g., progress meetings, site meetings), prepare agendas, and accurately record and distribute meeting minutes.

Closeout Documentation:

Assemble and organize project closeout documents, including warranties, operations manuals, and as-built drawings.
Scheduling & Logistics Support

Schedule Tracking:

Assist the Project Manager in developing and maintaining the project schedule, tracking progress, and alerting the team to potential delays.

Procurement Support:

Coordinate with the purchasing department and suppliers to track the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment, ensuring they arrive on site as scheduled.

Resource Allocation:

Help manage and track labor, equipment, and material resources on a daily or weekly basis.
Communication & Liaison

Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and sometimes clients, relaying essential information and updates.

Financial Tracking Support:

Work closely with the Quantity Surveyor or Accounting department to assist with processing invoices, reviewing cost reports, and tracking project expenses.

Site Coordination:

Liaise with Site Supervisors and Site Engineers to relay technical information, resolve administrative issues, and ensure adherence to project plans.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
