We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to manage client requirements, coordinate development teams, and ensure the successful execution of software projects. The ideal candidate with strong technical coordination and client communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze, and document requirements for software solutions.
Assist in designing software architecture and workflow structures aligned with client objectives.
Translate client needs into clear development tasks.
Schedule and conduct project meetings, providing updates and collecting actionable feedback.
Review and validate UI/UX flows to ensure usability and requirement compliance.
Manage project tasks and progress through tools such as Trello, Jira, or Asana.
Perform frontend functional testing during development milestones.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams for bug reporting, issue resolution, and custom enhancements.
Support post-deployment activities including feature updates, client support, and training.
Prepare price quotations, proposals, and reports, and collaborate with management for approvals.
