Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities and timelines.
Manage client relationships and maintain updated records
Support the project management team in documentation, reporting, and scheduling.
Handle administrative tasks including meeting coordination, follow-ups, and communication logs.
Track project milestones and prepare progress reports for management.
Assist in resource allocation and ensure all deliverables are completed on time.
Maintain data accuracy and update project information
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
Requirements:
Post Graduate degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in
Administration and CRM operations
.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in a client-facing or project support role.
Knowledge of project coordination or basic project management principles.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
