JOB SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure timely and successful delivery. The role involves coordinating tasks, managing documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and documentation.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
Track project progress and update project status reports.
Follow up with team members on task completion and deadlines.
Manage and organize project documentation, contracts, and reports.
Support in budget tracking and resource allocation.
Communicate project updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
Identify and report potential risks or delays to the Reporting Officer
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
