Support the Project Manager in developing detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate day-to-day construction activities and ensure smooth site operations.
Act as a liaison between architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
Prepare and maintain project documentation including drawings, contracts, progress reports, and permits.
Track project progress, identify delays or risks, and recommend corrective actions.
Schedule and attend site meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
Monitor procurement schedules and coordinate material delivery timelines.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
Support in managing subcontractor agreements and vendor communications.
Assist in project cost control, billing, and variation management.
