Assist the Project Manager in planning and scheduling construction activities
Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors
Monitor project timelines and budgets, reporting on progress
Maintain and organize project documentation and permits
Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and presentations as needed
Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations
Address and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner
Support procurement and delivery of materials and equipment
Conduct regular site visits to check progress and quality standards
Facilitate communication between office and on-site personnel
2+ years of experience in construction coordination or project support
