Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized

Project Executive

to lead and coordinate the execution of web application projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and maintaining project workflows in JIRA, managing communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and ensuring projects align with agile methodologies and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project execution of web-based applications. Set up and manage

JIRA boards

, epics, user stories, sprints, and reporting. Collaborate with internal teams (designers, developers, QA, DevOps) to define project scope and deliverables. Communicate regularly with stakeholders and clients to manage expectations and gather requirements. Track progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues or bottlenecks. Facilitate

daily standups

, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Maintain detailed project documentation and status updates. Coordinate change requests, feedback loops, and stakeholder approvals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience managing digital/web application projects. Hands-on experience with

JIRA

(setup, workflow, reporting). Strong understanding of

Agile/Scrum methodologies

. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Project Management (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP). Familiarity with tools like

. Experience in a tech or digital agency environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
