Project Coordination



Make outbound calls to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and promote products/services. Handle inbound calls, respond to customer queries, and provide accurate information. Follow up with existing customers for upselling, cross-selling, and after-sales support. Record and update customer information, interactions, and lead status in CRM systems. Escalate technical or complex queries to sales, service, or technical teams. Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, concerns, and updates. Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and communication. Provide customers with timely updates on project status, deliveries, and services. Gather client feedback and escalate concerns for resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction. Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating resources for smooth execution. Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations. Support quality checks to ensure all project requirements meet company standards. Coordinate between internal teams, vendors, and clients for seamless workflow. Prepare required project-related documentation. Support hiring of freelancers or on-roll employees as per company requirements. Conduct salary negotiations with candidates and rate negotiations with clients/vendors. Maintain attendance records of engineers and freelancers. Plan and arrange travel, including ticket booking and itineraries. Conduct weekly and monthly training/awareness sessions on new technologies for employees. Collect engineering reports from engineers or prepare reports as required. Manage inward and outward materials, including inventory checks and QC verification. Oversee inventory management to ensure availability of project-related resources. Work towards achieving monthly sales targets. Support the sales team by identifying opportunities through tele calling and client coordination. Strong communication skills (verbal & written) for effective client and team interaction. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple responsibilities. Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and project management tools. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle customer and project issues effectively.
