We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Project Coordinator
with
mandatory agency experience
to manage multiple creative and digital projects. The role requires strong coordination between clients, internal teams, and leadership to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end project execution across design, video, content, social media, PR, and digital teams
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
Collect briefs, manage approvals, and ensure clarity of requirements
Create and track project timelines, task allocations, and deliverables
Follow up daily with designers, writers, video editors, and marketers
Ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality
Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports
Identify risks, delays, or scope changes and escalate proactively
Support leadership in planning workflows and improving processes
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
2-5 years of experience in a Creative / Digital / Advertising Agency
Proven experience handling
multiple clients and fast-paced agency workflows
Strong understanding of creative processes (design, video, content, social media)
Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage tight timelines
Preferred Skills
Experience with project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Monday, etc.)
Basic understanding of social media, branding, and digital marketing deliverables
Client-facing experience
Strong problem-solving mindset
