Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing support and maintaining high satisfaction.
Drive
client adoption
by ensuring clients understand product features, workflows, and best practices.
Support client onboarding, training, and post-implementation follow-ups.
Work closely with internal teams to track project progress, identify issues, and escalate when necessary.
Provide technical support to clients and team members, including troubleshooting and documentation.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and project trackers using Google Sheets and Excel.
Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and communication logs.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Engineering/Management preferred).
2 to 4 years of experience
in project coordination, client support,
client adoption
, technical support, or similar roles.
Strong proficiency in
Google Sheets, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas)
, and Google Workspace.
Understanding of basic technical troubleshooting and user support.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Good to Have
Experience working in a tech or software environment.
Knowledge of project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.).
Basic data analysis or reporting experience.
