Manages delivery center's financial health through tasks like financial planning and analysis, accounting, and compliance.
Work with other departments to align healthy financial status of the center.
Maintaining up to date financial status of projects like PO, invoice etc.,
Generation of PO utilization report weekly by calculating weekly fund balance and status update to corresponding Program Managers.
Weekly sharing out project financial status reports to customer.
Being a Focal point for financial details of all Purchase Orders of the delivery center
Taking care of administrative activities of the delivery center like arrangement for customer visits, coordinating Town Hall meeting, arrangement of awards, maintaining award register, etc.,
Key Skills:
High efficiency in Microsoft office tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.,
Knowledge of overall project life cycle.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain financial terms to non-finance professionals.
Strong time management and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
Dynamic and Proactive in problem solving and getting the things done on time.
Detail-oriented and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Exposure to working environment of Engineering Service organizations will be added advantage.
Knowledge of Power BI will be added advantage.
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Commerce (B.com)
