Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Project coordinator to oversee multiple residential construction projects. The candidate will play a key coordination role between site engineers, architects, clients, and management -- ensuring that all projects meet quality standards, timelines, and cost expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate daily site activities across multiple residential projects. Supervise and guide site engineers, ensuring smooth execution of work as per drawings and specifications. Report regularly to management on project timelines, cost tracking, progress status, and quality outcomes. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients for timely approvals, clarifications, and design inputs. Ensure all construction work complies with design intent, quality standards, and safety protocols. Identify and resolve site-level issues proactively to maintain project momentum. Support the project team in achieving milestones within budget and schedule constraints. Maintain documentation and reporting systems for site progress, materials, and manpower.
Candidate Profile

Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering. Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience in residential construction (architect-designed buildings preferred). Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and finishing standards. Excellent site management and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and teams effectively. Good communication and coordination skills -- able to interact professionally with clients, architects, and vendors. Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented personality.
