Education : Diploma in Civil or Diploma in Mechanical

Key Responsibilities

1.

Project Coordination

Act as a single point of contact between clients, design team, production, and installation teams.

Prepare and maintain project schedules, tracking progress against timelines.

Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and suppliers for timely procurement and delivery of kitchen equipment.

2.

Documentation & Communication

Review and circulate technical drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.

Maintain records of approvals, correspondence, and project progress reports.

Communicate updates with clients and internal teams regularly.

3.

Execution Support

Monitor site readiness and coordinate with civil, electrical, and plumbing contractors.

Assist the project/site engineers during installation and commissioning.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures at site.

4.

Quality & Delivery

Check equipment specifications, materials, and finishes as per client requirements.

Ensure timely delivery of equipment without damage.

Support in snag list clearance and smooth handover of the project.

5.

Post-Installation Support

Coordinate with service/AMC teams for warranty, training, and handover documentation.

6. Qualifications & Experience

Graduate/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial) or Hotel Management background with project coordination exposure.

2-5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in kitchen equipment, hospitality, or construction industry.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

On-time project completion.

Zero major rework/defects during installation.

Client satisfaction feedback.

Effective coordination between departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
