Alphawizz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with 2+ years of experience to support project planning, execution, and delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of IT technologies, and the ability to coordinate effectively between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and task allocation
Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables
Communicate project updates, risks, and requirements to relevant teams
Coordinate client communication and manage follow-ups
Maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes
Support requirement gathering and basic understanding of technical workflows
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
Assist in resolving project-related issues and escalations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
Strong understanding of IT technologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and project workflows
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
Strong coordination and organizational skills
Experience working with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.) is a plus
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred

Pay: ₹10,646.06 - ₹58,004.79 per month
