Role Overview

We are looking for a

Project Coordinator (Intern/Fresher)

to support our project management team in planning, executing, and monitoring IT/software projects. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are detail-oriented, organized, and interested in developing a career in

project management and client coordination

.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating IT/software projects. Track project progress, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. Act as a communication bridge between clients, developers, and management. Prepare reports, meeting notes, and documentation for ongoing projects. Support the Project Manager in resource allocation and task management. Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and escalate them appropriately.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

(freshers welcome). Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic knowledge of

project management tools

(Trello, Asana, Jira, or similar) is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Nice-to-Have

Understanding of

Agile / Scrum methodologies

. Familiarity with IT/software project lifecycles. Previous internship or academic project coordination experience.
