About the Role

Xpresso Global is an advertising agency based in Calicut, working at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution. We are looking for a Project Coordinator Intern who is eager to learn how campaigns are planned, coordinated, and delivered within a creative agency environment.

This role offers hands-on exposure to project coordination, client servicing, and internal team collaboration--ideal for someone looking to build a career in advertising, marketing, or project management.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

- Assist in coordinating projects across Strategy, Creative, and Delivery teams.

- Help track tasks, timelines, and deliverables for ongoing projects.

- Follow up with internal teams to ensure work progresses as per schedule.

- Support in managing approvals and version control of creative assets.

Account & Client Support

- Assist Senior Account Managers in handling day-to-day client requirements.

- Help document briefs, feedback, and meeting notes.

- Support in preparing presentations, reports, and campaign documentation.

Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain project trackers and internal task boards.

- Assist in preparing basic status reports and performance summaries.

- Ensure proper documentation of project-related communication.

Skills & Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Business, or a related field.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Good verbal and written communication abilities.

- Willingness to learn and take initiative.

- Basic knowledge of advertising, digital marketing, or branding is a plus.

- Familiarity with Google Workspace; exposure to Notion, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com is an added advantage.
