JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our turf construction projects. The ideal candidate will handle daily project reporting, documentation, attendance tracking, and communication between on-site teams and management. This position is vital to ensuring transparency, timely reporting, and smooth project execution across multiple sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Daily reporting & Documentation:

Prepare and share daily active reports summarizing work progress and key activities. Maintain up-to-date project status reports for each site. Record work progress updates and ensure all data is accurately logged.
2. Drawing Analysis & Material Management:

Review and analyze project drawings to understand scope, specifications, and technical requirements. Prepare material lists based on approved drawings and coordinate with procurement and site teams for timely availability.
3. Photo & Media Documentation:

Collect and upload daily work photos from sites to Whatsapp groups, Zoho & Google Drive. Ensure photos are properly labeled and stored in organized folders.
4. Attendance & Wage Management:

Maintain daily attendance records of Site engineers. Assist in preparing wage sheets. Cross-check attendance with Project coordinators/Manager and ensure accuracy before final submission.
5. Coordination & Communication:

Communicate daily with site engineers, Project coordinators/Manager for updates and task follow-ups. Support in resolving minor on-site coordination issues and escalating concerns when necessary. Provide weekly summaries and assist management in project review meetings.
