Role Overview

As a

Project Coordinator Intern

, you'll play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns. You'll work directly with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking multiple digital marketing projects. Coordinate with internal teams - design, content, SEO, social media, web development - to ensure timely delivery of tasks. Support in preparing project briefs, status reports, and client communication updates. Help compile and analyze campaign performance metrics for review meetings. Manage feedback loops: track client feedback, ensure revisions are implemented accurately. Conduct basic market or competitor research to support campaign planning. Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions for creative campaign ideas.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing). Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools. Attention to detail and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented culture.
