Role Purpose

Own day-to-day coordination between project sites, vendors, designers, and the central office to ensure interior fit-out projects are executed

on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards

.

Key Responsibilities

1) Planning & Scheduling



Convert master plan into weekly/daily look-ahead schedules for each site; track dependencies and critical path. Consolidate resource plans (manpower, materials, tools) and raise shortfalls proactively.

2) Site Coordination



Conduct daily site check-ins (virtual or physical), update progress against BOQ/Drawings, and log site diaries. Coordinate drawings/IFCs, GFC revisions, RFIs, and change requests between design and site teams. Prepare & chase

snag lists

; track closures to handover.

3) Materials, Vendors & Procurement



Raise indents, track PR/PO/GRN status, and follow up on deliveries to avoid site stoppages. Align subcontractors (gypsum, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, flooring, glazing, signage). Verify measurements for

RA bills

and certify work done with site photos.

4) Quality, HSE & Compliance



Ensure installation per approved drawings, specs, and method statements; conduct QC checklists. Enforce safety protocols (PPE, permits, housekeeping, scaffolding, electrical). Maintain statutory/PMC/client compliance documents.

5) Client & Stakeholder Communication



Run weekly client/PMC review meetings; circulate

MOMs

with action owners & due dates. Manage expectations on scope, time, and cost; escalate risks early with mitigation options.

6) Reporting & Controls



Maintain consolidated

MIS

: progress %, schedule variance, cost trackers, RFI log, NCRs, material trackers. Support cost control, change orders, and time extensions with evidence. Prepare handover packs: as-built drawings, warranties, O&M manuals, test reports.
Must-Have Qualifications

2-5 years' experience in

interior fit-outs / commercial/residential interiors / turnkey projects

. Education: Diploma/BE (Civil/Interior) or B.Arch; strong site execution understanding. Software:

MS Excel (advanced), MS Project (basic scheduling), AutoCAD (read/mark-ups)

; Google Workspace/MS Office. Working knowledge of

BOQ, measurement, rates, and contracts


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
