Job Description

We are looking Project Coordinator for our Interior Projects based out at Greater Noida Factory, He/ She shall be responsible for end-to-end coordination of projects, ensuring timely execution, material availability, and client satisfaction. The role involves close coordination between costing, procurement, production, dispatch, installation, and finance teams, as well as regular client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Costing & Documentation

Coordinate with the

Costing Team

for the preparation of PI (Proforma Invoice) and BOM (Bill of Materials) and update and follow-up with client.

Client Coordination

Communicate with clients for

PI acceptance

and follow up for

Purchase Order (PO)

issuance. Provide regular project updates and manage client expectations.

Material Management

Verify

availability of materials

with the Store as per the BOM. Clarify discrepancies or shortages identified during material assessment.

Procurement & Vendor Coordination

Coordinate with the

Purchase Team

to track procurement status. Maintain and update the

Procurement Tracker

for all ongoing projects.

Production & Scheduling

Work closely with the

Production Team

to monitor project progress. Update and share

delivery schedules

with clients based on production timelines.

Dispatch & Logistics

Finalize the

dispatch list

in coordination with the Dispatch Team. Ensure clients are informed of dispatch details and timelines.

Installation Coordination

Schedule and coordinate with the

Installation Team

for timely site execution. Obtain

client satisfaction notes

post-installation to confirm project completion.

Financial Closure

Follow up with clients for

payment collection

as per agreed terms. Coordinate with the

Finance Team

for project closure documentation.

Internal Coordination

Act as a key link between

Costing, Purchase, Production, Dispatch, Installation, and Finance Teams

to ensure seamless workflow and project completion.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in interior design and project management

diploma or Degree will be an added advantage

. Software Skills- Must know Auto CAD, MS Excel and Word 3-5 years of experience in

interior project coordination

or a similar role. Strong understanding of

Drawings, Interior Fixtures, Production and Installation processes

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team coordination. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of ERP/project management tools is an advantage. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
