10+ years in industrial/commercial project coordination
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate multi-disciplinary industrial and commercial construction projects from initiation through completion
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation while ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance
Facilitate communication between contractors, vendors, engineers, and stakeholders to maintain project momentum
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures to keep projects on schedule and within budget
Prepare detailed project reports, maintain comprehensive documentation, and conduct regular status meetings with leadership teams
language skills (speaking, reading, writing)
Proven track record managing projects with budgets exceeding $1M+
Strong proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams
PMP certification preferred
