Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Strategy & Organizational Development: Prepare monthly engineering reports with key KPIs (Capex, Maintenance, HSE and Quality) and Support internal and external audits and Own the Training Curriculum for own Job Profile
  • Maintenance & Calibration Create / maintain / verify engineering documents (protocols, drawings, lists, schedules, diagrams, layouts, calculations, datasheets)
  • Coordinate with different partners at manufacturing sites. Perform Project Risk Assessment and Perform project cost & schedule benchmarking
  • Prepare Project Controlling & Execution Plans. Define project risk management (safety, quality, functional, project execution) and Perform project evaluations (e.g. Technical Quality Review (TQR), constructability)
  • Perform project monitoring & reporting (cost, schedule, risks)
Minimum requirements

What you'll bring to the role:
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Engineering/Technologist program or equivalent with specialization in project controls, optional business degree
  • Minimum 5-7 years' project planning experience. Good in data management and analytical skills. Leadership experience for the management of internal and external resources
  • Sound computer skills (MS office, MS project, SAP, PM-Tools) Proficient in Primavera or other Scheduling / Planning software.
