Job Responsibilities:



Coordinate daily with

clients, contractors, site supervisors, and site engineers

to ensure smooth workflow. Prepare and maintain

Daily Progress Reports (DPR)

for all site activities. Handle

MIS reporting

--daily, weekly, and monthly project data, material status, and progress tracking. Monitor

material planning, availability, consumption, and dispatch

for PEB projects. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and site teams for timely

material delivery and utilization

. Provide daily updates to the

reporting manager

on project status, delays, and site issues. Maintain accurate documentation related to project execution, materials, and client communications. Assist in scheduling, planning, and monitoring project timelines to ensure smooth execution. Follow up on pending tasks and ensure alignment with project schedules.

Key Skills Required:



Excellent knowledge of PEB components, erection sequence, and material handling

Strong

MIS reporting skills

(Excel/Sheets, dashboards, data tracking) Good communication and coordination abilities Strong follow-up and time management skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
