GigaSoft is seeking a proactive and organized

Project Coordinator

to support the day-to-day execution of website and software development projects. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and exceptional client experience. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities



1. Client Coordination & Relationship Management



Act as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients. Ensure timely and professional responses to client queries, concerns, and feedback. Build and maintain strong client relationships by keeping them informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. Collect, understand, and document client requirements for project execution. Schedule and conduct review meetings, demos, and update calls with clients.

2. Internal Team Coordination



Coordinate daily with design, development, QA, and content teams for smooth project execution. Communicate project requirements, feedback, and timelines clearly to the internal team. Ensure all team members understand their daily tasks and expected deliverables. Follow up with the team to ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain project momentum.

3. Task Monitoring & Reporting



Review daily task sheets submitted by the project team. Verify task progress, highlight delays or issues, and ensure appropriate action is taken. Update management regularly on project status, team performance, and delivery timelines. Prepare daily/weekly project reports, timelines, and work trackers for management review.

4. Project Execution & Quality Control



Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing website/software development projects. Ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards before sharing with the client. Track project milestones and ensure deadlines are met. Identify risks, escalate issues proactively, and contribute to problem-solving.

5. Documentation & Process Compliance



Maintain accurate records of client communications, project requirements, change requests, and deliverables. Ensure adherence to company project management processes, SOPs, and workflow guidelines. Prepare project-related documentation such as meeting minutes, change logs, requirement sheets, etc.

Required Skills & Competencies



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and time management abilities. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Basic knowledge of website and software development processes. Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets, Excel, Trello, Asana, Notion, Jira, or any project management software. Problem-solving abilities and a client-first approach. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Educational Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT. Additional certifications in project management will be a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
