Assist in the coordination and execution of project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
Support project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, and status reports.
Track project progress and help identify and resolve issues or delays.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate team communications.
Help manage resource allocation and support budgeting and invoicing activities as needed.
Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role.
Basic understanding of project management methodologies
Proficiency in project management and productivity tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management certification is a plus.
Familiarity with remote collaboration tools
