Assist Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing automation projects.
Coordinate between design, engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; update progress regularly.
Follow up with vendors, clients, and internal teams for timely completion of tasks.
Support in preparing project budgets, cost tracking, and resource allocation.
Handle project-related communications and ensure proper documentation control.
Identify risks, delays, or issues and escalate them to the Project Manager.
Assist in project testing, trials, and commissioning phases.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards during project execution.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Automation preferred).
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in automation / robotics / industrial engineering sector.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
Basic understanding of automation systems, robotics, or industrial equipment (preferred).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
