We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Senior Project Coordinator to join our team and support the successful execution of impactful projects.
Job Overview
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing multiple projects. This role involves working closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure timely delivery, effective communication, and alignment with Sheows' mission. Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Implementation
Define project scopes, roles, and responsibilities for teams.
Track project progress, anticipate challenges, and recommend solutions to ensure smooth delivery.
Coordination & Communication
Serve as a liaison between internal teams, external partners, and beneficiaries.
Organize meetings, events, and ensure clear, timely communication among all stakeholders.
Prepare and share regular project updates, progress reports, and presentations.
Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor project performance to ensure alignment with budget, schedule, and quality benchmarks.
Assist with donor reporting, funding proposals, and grant applications to secure ongoing support.
Budget & Resource Management
Track project budgets and expenses, ensuring financial accountability.
Support in resource allocation and timely procurement of supplies and materials.
Must be skilled in proposal writing, have experience in NGOs, and in conducting research projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, International Development, Social Sciences, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in project coordination/management, ideally in the NGO or non-profit sector.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project; knowledge of Canva and Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
Familiarity with donor reporting requirements and guidelines is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
