Job Description

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring fixture manufacturing projects involving VMC, Wirecut, and Surface Grinding processes. The role requires close collaboration with design, production, quality, and customer teams to ensure on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

Assist in preparing project timelines, resource allocation, and workflow schedules for fixture manufacturing. Monitor progress of VMC, Wirecut, and Surface Grinding operations to ensure project milestones are achieved. Coordinate with design engineers to understand fixture requirements and technical drawings.

Coordination & Communication

Act as a link between cross-functional teams (Design, Production, Quality, and Customer). Regularly update customers and management on project status, challenges, and solutions. Coordinate vendor follow-ups for outsourced processes (if applicable).

Production & Quality Support

Track machining activities (VMC, Wirecut, Surface Grinding) to ensure accuracy and precision. Ensure compliance with quality standards, tolerances, and customer specifications. Support quality inspection activities and resolve non-conformance issues.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain project documents, drawings, approvals, and manufacturing records. Prepare daily/weekly status reports for management. Support in preparing project closure documents and customer handover reports.

Continuous Improvement

Identify process bottlenecks and propose improvements in fixture manufacturing. Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and lead-time reduction.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of fixture manufacturing processes (VMC, Wirecut, Surface Grinding). Project coordination and scheduling skills. Good understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Project / Excel / ERP tools. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.

Pay: ₹15,657.84 - ₹42,519.96 per month
