(On-site / Field Work + Office Coordination)

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate end-to-end execution of home automation projects from planning to completion. Schedule and supervise technician visits, installations, and service calls. Manage client expectations and communicate clear project timelines. Ensure timely procurement and availability of devices and materials. Maintain installation checklists, progress reports, and all related documentation. Handle basic troubleshooting and device testing (preferred but not mandatory).

Requirements:



Prior experience in smart home, electrical, or automation industry preferred. Strong communication, coordination, and client-handling skills. Basic understanding of smart home products (Wi-Fi, switches, mobile apps, etc.). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

MS Excel

,

Google Sheets

, and

WhatsApp communication

. Self-driven, reliable, and willing to travel to project sites as needed.
