We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to oversee the successful implementation and commissioning of IoT-based projects on-site. This role is key to ensuring timely execution, efficient problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination across technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage onsite execution of IoT implementation projects
Develop, maintain, and track project plans using tools like Jira
Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are met within timelines and budget
Support field teams in resolving technical or logistical issues during commissioning
Ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
Key Skills & Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in project coordination or execution roles
Hands-on knowledge of automation systems, including PLCs, sensors, wiring, and electrical panels
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and documentation best practices
Water industry or large-site execution experience is a plus but not mandatory
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
