Job Title: Project & Site Coordinator (Interiors)

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (with travel to pan-India project sites)

Reports to: Project Manager / Operations Head

We specialize in turnkey fit-out projects for corporate offices, ranging from 3,000 to 150,000 sq. ft..

Role Objective

To manage the critical interface between our factory production and on-site execution. You will ensure that corporate interior projects are executed to perfection by coordinating site agencies, verifying precision measurements, and managing the seamless flow of materials from procurement to dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

Site & Agency Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for external agencies, architects, and client representatives to ensure site readiness for modular installation.

Material Procurement Coordination: Track material requirements across design and production teams. Liaise with vendors to ensure timely procurement of hardware, raw materials, and specialized interior components.

Dispatch Management: Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure "Ready to Assemble" furniture is dispatched from the Vadodara factory in alignment with site milestones, minimizing storage time and risk of damage.

Quantity & Site Verification: Conduct thorough on-site quantity checks against the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Verify that site dimensions match the factory production drawings to prevent installation errors.

Sub-contractor Measurement Checking: Review and audit measurements and bills submitted by sub-contractors for site works (e.g., false ceiling, flooring, electrical) to ensure accuracy before final certification.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience: 2-5 years in the modular furniture or interior turnkey industry.

Technical Knowledge: Expertise in reading architectural/interior shop drawings and using manual measurement tools.

Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel for material tracking, reporting, and BOQ verification.

Industry Context: Familiarity with high-end corporate fit-out standards and advanced CNC-manufactured products.
