Assist the Project Manager in project planning, scheduling, execution, and monitoring activities.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and timely decision-making.
Prepare, update, and maintain project documentation including reports, drawings, schedules, and records
Track project progress and highlight risks, deviations, and issues to management with corrective action plans.
Support procurement processes including material submittals, approvals, vendor coordination, and delivery tracking.
Site Engineering & Execution
Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
Conduct site measurements, inspections, and quality checks to ensure work accuracy and compliance.
Oversee execution of civil and structural works (as applicable to the project).
Resolve technical and execution-related issues in coordination with design and engineering teams.
Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity, and manpower deployment at site.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
Ensure adherence to project quality plans, safety guidelines, and statutory regulations.
Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices at the project site.
Participate in quality inspections, safety audits, and project handover processes.
Identify potential risks related to quality, safety, or execution and recommend preventive and corrective measures.
Cost & Time Management
Assist in monitoring project budgets and controlling costs.
Track material consumption and minimize wastage at site.
Support preparation of work schedules, daily progress reports (DPRs), and billing measurements.
Ensure activities are completed as per defined timelines and project milestones.
Key Requirements
Experience
: 4-5 years of experience in project coordination within the industrial and infrastructure sector.
Technical Skills
: Proficiency in Auto-CAD and understanding of civil engineering principles.
Soft Skills
: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
