Responsibilities:
Communicate with Australian customers via phone calls, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
Coordinate project timelines to meet completion targets and maintain project quotas.
Manage paperwork and documentation for solar installations with attention to detail.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance customer service.
Requirements:
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
Previous experience in customer service or project coordination roles preferred.
Organized with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in sustainable energy solutions is a plus.
