Job Description

We are looking for a Project Coordinator cum Billing Engineer who will play a key role in planning, monitoring, billing, and coordination of ongoing Water & Wastewater Treatment and Pipeline projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in project execution, documentation, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:



Project Coordination & Planning Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams for smooth execution of works. Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and track milestones. Ensure timely availability of materials, manpower, and machinery at sites. Billing & Documentation Prepare and verify RA bills, final bills, and client invoices as per contract BOQ. Reconcile quantities based on site measurements and DPRs. Maintain record of extra items, deviations, and price adjustments. Coordinate with clients for bill approvals and certification. Technical Support Assist in preparation of technical submittals, drawings, and work method statements. Ensure compliance with contract specifications and QA/QC standards. Support site engineers for civil, mechanical, and electrical works in STP/ETP/WTP projects. Reporting & Communication Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and highlight project bottlenecks. Follow up with vendors, subcontractors, and clients for timely deliverables. Coordinate internally between site and head office for billing, procurement, and planning.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?49,153.38 per month
