Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and follow up with internal teams on assigned tasks and deliverables.
Report
daily updates
on task progress -- whether completed or pending -- along with issues, delays, or roadblocks.
Collect and consolidate project status information to present clear summaries to the Founder and management.
Monitor project timelines, dependencies, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Identify and escalate potential risks or bottlenecks proactively.
Maintain accurate documentation of task updates, communication logs, and project reports.
Support leadership in improving coordination, communication, and workflow efficiency across teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
