Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to oversee project timelines, client communication, costing, and inquiry follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage day-to-day project activities Communicate and follow up with clients regarding project updates and requirements Prepare and manage project costing, quotations, and budgeting Follow up on inquiries from clients and internal teams Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines Maintain documentation such as reports, checklists, and project trackers Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for timely project execution Ensure that all project milestones are met within deadlines and budget Track material requirements and ensure procurement planning Schedule and attend client/site meetings, take minutes, and share follow-ups Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role Experience in preparing cost estimates and quotations Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client handling Ability to follow up and ensure timely execution of inquiries and tasks Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and project management tools Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Modular Furniture Industry.

Working knowledge of costing and budgeting techniques

Certification in project management (CAPM, PMP, etc.) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
