Key Responsibilities:

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow. Track project progress and maintain status reports. Prepare and maintain project documentation. Communicate updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Support in ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.

Preferred / Added Advantage:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or similar role. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana). Knowledge of basic project management methodologies.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
