Key
Responsibilities:
Assist project managers and consultants in planning, monitoring, and execution of consulting projects.
Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure timelines are met.
Track project progress, maintain documentation, and prepare status reports.
Support client communication by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and circulating minutes.
Maintain project data, including deliverables, contracts, and resource allocation.
Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate when necessary.
Facilitate internal coordination across teams (research, data, operations, client service).
Prepare presentations, reports, and other client-facing materials.
Ensure compliance with internal quality and documentation standards.
Qualifications &
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
1-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in consulting/professional services.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Trello, etc.).
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.
