Design Coordination:

+ Coordinate MEP design activities, ensuring alignment with the project's scope, timelines, and specifications.
+ Review MEP design documents (drawings, calculations, and specifications) for compliance with project requirements.
+ Ensure MEP designs are integrated properly with architectural and structural designs.

Communication & Collaboration:

+ Act as the primary liaison between the design team, Client and other project stakeholders.
+ Organize and attend design coordination meetings, site meetings, and progress reviews.
+ Ensure effective communication between all parties to resolve design issues promptly.

Documentation & Reporting:

+ Maintain accurate records of design approvals, revisions, and correspondence.
+ Prepare regular progress reports on the status of the MEP design and construction.

Qualifications

Education:

+ Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
+ Relevant certifications in MEP systems or construction management (preferred).

Additional Information

Experience:

+ Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP design coordination or a similar role in large-scale construction projects.
+ Proven experience in coordinating MEP design and installations on-site.
+ Hands-on experience in site coordination, construction drawings, and design issues resolution.

Skills & Competencies:

+ Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
+ Solid understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
