Role Overview:


We are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and delivery. The role involves coordinating tasks, maintaining documentation, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders to achieve project goals within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting notes. Coordinate between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Identify and escalate potential risks or delays to project managers. Support in budget monitoring and compliance with project requirements. Organize meetings, follow-ups, and ensure timely communication across teams.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or related field. Proven experience as Project Coordinator, Project Assistant, or similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana, etc.). Detail-oriented with ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills:



Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
