Job Description

Coordinate with

clients, suppliers, and internal teams

to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare and maintain

project schedules, work plans, and progress reports

. Assist the Project Manager in

tracking milestones, budgets, and deliverables

. Monitor

material procurement, delivery schedules, and site requirements

. Maintain accurate

project documentation

(drawings, inspection reports, approvals). Support in

quality checks and compliance inspections

. Follow up with stakeholders to

resolve operational bottlenecks

. Ensure adherence to

safety and statutory regulations

during project execution. Prepare

daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports

for management.

Skills & Competencies



Strong

coordination and communication

skills. Knowledge of

Oil & Gas project execution

and equipment. Proficiency in

MS Office, MS Project, and project tracking tools

. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Understanding of safety and compliance standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
