Job Description

Responsibilities:



Project Coordination:

Assisting the project manager in all aspects of project execution. Coordinating tasks and activities across different teams. Monitoring project progress and reporting status to stakeholders. Managing project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.

Administrative Support:

Scheduling and organizing meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes. Managing project resources, such as equipment and materials. Assisting with budget preparation and tracking expenses. Handling invoices and other financial documents.

Communication and Collaboration:

Facilitating communication between project team members and stakeholders. Acting as a point of contact for project-related inquiries. Escalating issues and risks to the appropriate management level.

Risk Management:

Identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies. Monitoring project performance and identifying potential issues. Assisting with the development of contingency plans.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹75,000.00 per month
