Job Title - Project Coordinator

Nature of Business -Oil & Gas/Trunkey Projects

Location-Thaltej-Ahmedabad- HO

Joining-Immediate

Salary -As per market and experience

Job Timing - 9:30 to 6:00

Roles & Responsibilities:

Technical evolution as per Tender specifications.

Attend pre-Bid, Pre-Tender Meeting at client place.

Project Planning & scheduling as per the project requirement.

Documents & drawing & all the technical approval from Client

Prepare planning documents like Execution plan, Construction Schedule, temporary site facility plan etc.

Attending Kick off meeting and other project review meetings and ensuring proper work according to points reviewed in meetings

Preparation and regular monitoring of progress reports with approved master schedule.

Planning for the various resource allocations involving Manpower & Project Materials.

Conduct detail analysis and bench marking against similar completed project.
